I found Jennifer online when looking for a realtor to sell my dad’s house, and I chose her based on the reviews that I read. I’m so glad that I did. I really cannot recommend her highly enough! I have never seen a realtor do as much as she did and be as invested in selling the house as she was. I’m a few states away and needed someone to make good judgments when I couldn’t be there. I could always count on her to stop by and speak to dad when he wasn’t clear on something. If she didn’t answer my calls or texts, she always responded. If we needed someone to fix something she always made a recommendation. My dad had open heart surgery and she cared enough to inquire a few times to see how he was doing. I couldn’t be there to choose a color for a new roof, but she made herself available and the roof looks great. She even did some research to be sure the roofing company was reputable. When I needed a second opinion about paint and carpet colors, she was there. But I think the thing that impressed me the most was when she showed up with a landscaping crew that she put together, dressed and ready to work. To be honest, I didn’t recognize her at first. She even brought some plants that she had split from her own yard and put them in herself. Jennifer is a real professional who loves what she does and it shows! On top of all these things she staged dad’s house, and thanks to all of her help and expertise, the house sold in about a week, for cash at the asking price.
